Come one, come all!

Our teacher, Adria, will show you how to make ornaments to decorate for the holiday season or give as gifts. You will learn to roll slabs of clay, cut out ornaments of different shapes and sizes, and use texture and color to personalize and decorate your ornaments! You can expect to create around five beautiful ornaments, and have fun while doing it. This is a wonderful workshop to do with a buddy or two!

After the workshop, we will fire your pieces for you and coat the top with clear glaze. You will be able to pick up your pieces a few weeks after class, and we will send you an email when they are ready. We are going to do our absolute best to have these ornaments ready by Christmas!

Date: Tuesday, November 26th from 6-8:30 PM 

Location: The Mud Room North (1831 N Killingsworth St). Please note the location, as we have two studios.

A little about Adria: 

Adria has been a member of the community at The Mud Room North since its opening in October 2021. She loves the mindful messiness of working with clay as a means to connect and to expand artistic expression. Adria is an observant, enthusiastic teacher who strives to create a warm, calm and welcoming environment. She values teaching why something works and adapts to her students’ learning styles to offer varying communication and instruction. Adria is delighted to work alongside new ceramicists and introduce them to The Mud Room community! 

Cancellation Policy: Please let us know 2 weeks in advance of your class if you’d like to cancel. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days left, unfortunately we cannot give a refund. If you have to miss class due to COVID we are not able to offer refunds or credits. If your teacher has to miss class due to COVID or otherwise, we will do our best to find a substitute teacher. If there is no substitute teacher available we will reschedule class for a later date.
